Catena Media has appointed Stefan Grech as Senior Vice President of Technology. The appointment takes effect immediately, and Grech joins the affiliate group’s executive management team.
He will lead Catena’s technology and engineering strategy, with a brief to drive the adoption of AI and automation across the business and build the digital capabilities it needs to grow into new revenue streams.
Promoted from within
- Grech joined Catena Media in 2020.
- He was most recently Director of Technical Operations, overseeing platform engineering and the technology infrastructure behind the group’s brands and corporate operations.
- Catena says he played a key role in building collaboration across its technology teams.

The Malta-based lead generation group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has been buying back shares this autumn to fund staff incentive plans. It employs more than 150 people.
