BC Game has formally introduced Ali “Ako” Muhanned as its Chief Executive Officer, moving a long-time insider into the most visible role at the online casino and sports-betting brand.
Ako has been involved in BC Game’s brand strategy, international partnerships and development for several years, largely out of public view. As CEO he will lead the company’s next phase, with priorities around player trust, the platform experience and international growth.
“For me, this is the next step in a business I’ve been deeply involved in for years,” said Ako. “Much of my work has happened behind the scenes, working with our people, developing relationships and helping shape where BC Game goes next. Now I want our community to have a more direct connection with me and a clearer understanding of what we’re building.”
BC Game was founded in 2017. Ako said he has been attached to the business since its early days:
“I’ve cared deeply about BC Game since it was founded when I was 19,” Ako said. “It has always been about thinking beyond the next campaign or announcement. It’s about making decisions we can stand behind, building a strong team and delivering an experience that gives players a reason to stay with us. My commitment to that has been there for a long time.”
Three commitments to players
The new chief executive wants player feedback to play a more direct part in how BC Game spots problems and improves its service. He is introducing:
- Monthly open sessions, where he will answer player questions live, discuss priorities and give business updates;
- A dedicated escalation channel for unresolved player issues, handled by a team that reports directly to the CEO; and
- Regular public progress reports on the issues players raise most, the action taken and the work still to do.
The first live session is planned for Saturday 7 November 2026 on Gosh.com, with the timing to be announced nearer the date. Players are asked to keep raising account-specific problems through BC Game’s official support channels, and details of the escalation process will follow through official channels.
“Trust isn’t built by announcements. It’s built by what happens when something goes wrong,” Ako said. “If an issue keeps coming up, I want to understand why and what we’re doing about it. Players deserve clear answers, proper follow-through and a company that takes their experience seriously.”
What comes next
Under Ako, BC Game says it will concentrate on its core casino and sports-betting product, build its international partnerships and pursue responsible growth in new markets, while keeping community and entertainment at the centre of the brand.
“We have a clear ambition for BC Game, and I want our players and our team to understand where we’re going,” Ako added. “My responsibility is to turn that ambition into consistent progress in the product, in how we respond to problems and in the standards we set across the business.”
Other recent leadership moves include Aloplay’s appointment of Styliana Kalogreadou as chief business development officer.
