Hacksaw has named the four people who will prepare board proposals for its 2027 annual general meeting, with two of the seats going to representatives of its holding-company shareholders.
The Stockholm-listed slot and platform supplier said on 27 October 2026 that its Nomination Committee is made up of:
- Rafail Poumeyrau, appointed by Fractional Holding AB;
- Philip Asmar, appointed by Lollipop Assets Ltd;
- Frédéric Herz, who appointed himself as a shareholder; and
- Patrick Svensk, who sits on the committee as Chair of the Board.
Herz also serves on Hacksaw’s board, alongside Svensk, Noah Gottdiener, Arian Sparrfelt and chief executive Ana Vrabic Verdir.
What the committee does
Under the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, a listed company’s nomination committee proposes the board members, the chair and the auditor, along with their fees, for shareholders to vote on at the AGM. Hacksaw said the committee’s proposals will be published in the notice convening the 2027 meeting and on its corporate website.
Shareholders who want to put forward names or other suggestions can email the committee at [email protected]. The company asked for proposals to arrive in good time before the meeting so they can be considered.
