High Roller Technologies, the NYSE-listed operator behind the High Roller and Fruta casino brands and the ROLR prediction markets brand, has signed a services agreement with Kindbridge Behavioral Health to support customers who trade on its prediction markets.
Kindbridge, founded in 2020 and based in Denver, is a virtual behavioural health provider that specialises in digital dependencies, including gambling, trading and prediction markets. Its stepped-care model runs from early intervention and coaching to licensed clinical treatment, with care typically available within 24 to 48 hours.
What the programme covers
- A direct route to care: eligible US customers can book a free initial session without insurance, with recommendations for coaching or licensed therapy afterwards.
- Trader Care: funding to help cover copays, deductibles and care that insurance does not pay for, subject to clinical eligibility and available funds.
- Customer service training: four live virtual sessions a year on spotting problem trading and supporting customers in distress.
- Employee and family support: screening, assessment and up to five virtual counselling sessions a year for US employees and their dependants.
Kindbridge makes clinical decisions independently, and individual care information stays confidential and is not shared with High Roller. Services are only available to people in states where Kindbridge is authorised to provide care. The announcement discloses that High Roller CEO Seth Young is a shareholder in Kindbridge.
Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies, said:
“We take seriously our responsibility to the people who use our platforms and the employees who support them. As we build ROLR, we want to help set a strong standard for responsible participation in prediction markets. Specialized mental health care can make a real difference for people who are struggling.”
Daniel Umfleet, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kindbridge Behavioral Health, said:
“Reaching out for help should lead to a clear next step, and concerns about cost can make that first step harder than it needs to be.”
Prediction markets are still being fought over in US courts; see Appeals court refuses to shield Kalshi and Coinbase. The full announcement is on High Roller’s investor site.
