Push Gaming has launched in Alberta, going live with bet365, BetMGM and Betty as the Canadian province opened its competitive online gambling market.

The London-based studio is offering four of its titles in the province and has introduced PrizeFlex, a jackpot and gamification tool that works with content from any supplier.

The studio already operates in Canada through Ontario, which it entered in 2022. Alberta gives it a second Canadian province and a set of established operator partners from the first day of the market.

The launch

  • Operator partners: bet365, BetMGM and Betty
  • Titles: Razor Shark, Jammin’ Jars, Big Bamboo 2 and Razor Shark Jackpots
  • Product: PrizeFlex, a supplier-agnostic jackpot and gamification tool

PrizeFlex is designed to run jackpots and gamification features across games from different studios, so operators are not tied to Push Gaming content when using it. The announcement did not give an Alberta registration number or name the regulator.

What the company said

Alistair Johnson, chief commercial officer at Push Gaming, called this “a pivotal year for Push Gaming’s global expansion”. The launch line-up draws on existing franchises, pairing Razor Shark with its jackpot version and adding Jammin’ Jars and Big Bamboo 2.

For operators in Alberta, the launch means Push Gaming content is available from several of the first brands live in the province, while PrizeFlex offers a jackpot layer that can sit across a wider games lobby. Operators can use the tool alongside the four launch titles or with content from other suppliers.
