Playson has launched Blitz Mode, a feature that gives players a faster way to play selected titles while keeping the maths and winning probabilities of the original games unchanged.

Players open Blitz Mode from the main game interface, choose from 10 to 1,000 spins or an unlimited option, and then watch those spins play out through a dedicated, accelerated screen.

How Blitz Mode works

  • A simplified display shows spins played, total winnings and top wins at a glance, and players can stop at any time.
  • If a bonus game triggers, players can stay in the Blitz interface or switch back to the main game to see the original animations.
  • The feature is starting on Playson’s top-performing titles and will be extended across more of the portfolio.

Anton Ivannikov, CPO at Playson, said:

“Innovation does not always mean adding another mechanic to a game. Sometimes the opportunity is to rethink how players interact with an experience they already understand.

“With Blitz Mode, the game underneath remains the game players know, but the way they experience it can be completely different. That gives us room to innovate around speed, interface and player choice without compromising the product foundations that made those titles successful.”

Ben Wood, Chief Commercial Officer at Playson, said:

“Operators today do not simply need more content; they need more ways to generate value from the content their audiences already recognise.

“Blitz Mode gives our partners another experience to offer around proven Playson titles while maintaining the game mathematics underneath. As the feature expands across our portfolio, it creates further opportunities for operators to differentiate how Playson content is presented to their players.”

Playson also confirmed a new operator deal today, going live with Winpot in Mexico. Its recent releases include 3 Gems of Vegas: Super Wheel.
