SA Gaming has announced that twelve of its live dealer games have been certified to GLI-19, an interactive gaming systems standard. The announcement was made on 25 June 2026.
Testing was carried out by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), the first company accredited by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to test and certify iGaming platforms in the Philippines. SA Gaming did not name the individual titles.
The company’s release did not attribute any statement to a named spokesperson. SA Gaming says it has been in operation for more than fifteen years.

GLI-19 sets requirements for interactive gaming systems. Its scope includes:
- Player account handling
- Platform security
- Operational controls
- Game integration
The regulatory backdrop
PAGCOR both regulates and operates gambling in the Philippines. It has been tightening its regime, winding down the offshore operator system and building testing infrastructure, including the accreditation of independent test laboratories.
Suppliers seeking to serve PAGCOR-licensed operators are therefore under growing pressure to show independent certification of their products. Certification from an accredited laboratory gives operators evidence that the games meet the technical standard the regulator expects.

SA Gaming’s release also referred to both the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and the Curaçao Gaming Authority, reflecting Curaçao’s move between regulatory regimes as licensees are re-licensed under the newer framework.
For operators, the certification adds a third-party check on SA Gaming’s live dealer games at a time when PAGCOR is placing more weight on accredited testing. The company has not said whether further titles will be submitted.
