What TaDa Gaming said
Ray Lee, director of business development at TaDa Gaming, described the approval as “another major achievement in our global strategy to be present in all regulated markets”.
How Peru regulates suppliers
Peru’s online gambling framework is set out in Law 31557, which has been in force since 2024. The regime is run by MINCETUR’s Directorate General for Casino Games and Slot Machines.

Suppliers and individual games are licensed in separate steps. A studio therefore needs both company approval and certification of each title before its content can be offered, which is why TaDa Gaming’s launch with 15 certified games is relevant to operators.
Using an aggregator such as Bragg Gaming gives the studio a technical route to operators already connected to that platform. Apuesta Total is the first named operator to carry the content, and further operators on the Bragg platform could follow as additional titles complete certification.
